Challenge: ROM needed to engage diverse audiences during special events and exhibitions.


My Role: Delivered tailored visitor messaging, supported branded campaigns, and collaborated with marketing/programming teams to promote events.

Impact: Helped create welcoming, on-brand visitor experiences while supporting ROM’s mission of cultural engagement.

Brand Voice & Messaging - The Volunteer Well

Challenge: As a new nonprofit, The Volunteer Well needed consistent messaging to reach and retain volunteers.


My Role: Developed brand voice guidelines, refined blogs for clarity and SEO, and created tone frameworks for omnichannel storytelling.


Impact: Strengthened the nonprofit’s ability to communicate with volunteers and partners in a consistent, compelling voice.

Digital Copywriting – NEXT, Humber In-House Agency

Challenge: Student-led campaigns of real-world briefs needed for engaging creative tailored to Gen Z.


My Role: Wrote headlines, scripts, and long-form copy; wrote script for interviews, collaborated with strategists and art directors under tight deadlines.
